Most job boards charge you every time someone clicks your listing, qualified or not, and bury your post in search results unless you pay extra for visibility. A single open role can quietly run you $150 to $500 a month before you've hired anyone. ShiftMap is a flat one-time fee. $15 for two weeks or $25 for a full month. Every listing gets the same visibility. No click fees, no monthly subscriptions, no paying to be seen. You know exactly what it costs before you post.
Frequently asked
Do I have to list accurate pay?
Yes. Every ShiftMap listing must include an accurate pay range, hourly rate, or compensation structure for the role. This is a hard requirement, not a suggestion.
ShiftMap was built specifically so workers can see the information they need before they apply. Employers who post vague, false, or missing pay information undermine the entire reason this platform exists. Those listings will be removed. Repeat violations may result in a permanent ban from our platform.
If you are not willing to show workers what you are offering upfront, ShiftMap is not the right platform for you. We mean that without any hard feelings — we are simply not the right fit.
What do I pay for?
You pay a flat fee per listing for the duration you choose. There are no per-click fees, no commissions, and no per-applicant charges.
How long does a listing stay live?
Two-week posts stay live for 14 days. One-month posts stay live for 30 days.
Can I post a Talent booking?
Yes. Employers can post Talent booking opportunities for performers, hosts, and event-style roles in addition to standard job listings.
Do Talent bookings use the same listing duration options?
Yes. Talent bookings use the same listing duration options as standard job posts.
What happens after I post?
Your listing runs through automated screening after payment. Most posts go live shortly after; posts that match review patterns are held for a manual look first.
Can I edit a paid listing?
Yes. You can edit safe fields like the description, role details, and apply instructions. Core listing details are locked after payment.
Why are some fields locked after payment?
Location and other core listing details are locked after payment so the listing applicants see matches the listing they applied to.
Can I pause a listing?
Yes. From the employer dashboard you can pause an active listing and resume it later; remaining time is preserved.
Can I post multiple listings?
Yes. Each role or booking should be its own listing so applicants see accurate details for the position they are applying to.
Do workers need an account to apply?
No. Workers can browse and apply without creating an account.
