The Host is responsible for communicating feedback from customers and informing staff of menu or operational changes. Reports to: Assistant Manager. Job tasks include ensuring dining and serving areas are properly set up and clean, preparing and organizing reservations, greeting guests, communicating with management and kitchen/serving staff to seat guests, responding to customer feedback, informing guests about specials/events, performing cashier functions, planning parties, and end-of-shift side duties.
