Tiki Thai is looking for Servers and bartenders to join our team, who is friendly, energetic, and loves interacting with people. Skills: Food service experience preferred MUST be able to work with people from all walks of life. Must be punctual and reliable MUST be able to communicate effectively with management and other staff. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work station Must be able to follow instructions, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be able to work as part of a team, and have excellent customer service skills Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of POS systems for order process Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Duties: Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes, to enchance guest satisfaction and increase sales Warmly welcome guests and guide them through our Thai fusion menu. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them quickly into the POS system. Maintain a clean dining area by running food, clearing tables, and refilling drinks. Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth timing. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years of serving or bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred (Thai cuisine or cocktail experience is a plus!). Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and basic point-of-sale (POS) knowledge. Availability: Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
