The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing menu items to ESCO standards, maintaining a clean and efficient station, and working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure every dish leaves the kitchen on point — both in taste and appearance. Responsibilities: Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service. Uphold ESCO’s quality standards for flavor, presentation, and portion control. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with prep, labeling, and storage in compliance with health codes. Support kitchen leadership with daily tasks, events, and special menus. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience as a Line Cook or Line Chef in a full-service or high-volume restaurant. Strong knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused.
