Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments. Prior experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas Manage cash handling accurately during transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods Qualifications Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Join our team to provide memorable dining experiences while developing your hospitality career in a vibrant environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
