Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers before, during, and after their gifting experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and care while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other approved communication channels in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Assist customers with order placement, order modifications, delivery scheduling, tracking requests, and general product inquiries. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping, delivery, payments, product quality, and service issues while maintaining a customer-focused app
