Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate specializing in automotive parts and services! Duties Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend suitable automotive parts, accessories, and services. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical troubleshooting skills to assist customers effectively. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and automotive parts management to ensure product availability. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and credit payments professionally. Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and expert advice. Collaborate with team members to organize stock, fulfill orders, and maintain an organized retail environment. Use Microsoft Office and dealership management software (CMMS) to document sales, inventory records, and customer interactions. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair, dealership sales, or retail automotive parts sales. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred). Familiarity with inventory management systems (such as CMMS), POS systems, and retail math principles. Ability to handle cashiering duties, including cash handling, cashiering procedures, and customer service excellence. Organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment processes, and maintain a clean work environment.
