Join Our Boutique Team We are an appointment-based luxury wig boutique in Atlanta specializing in personalized wig services for women experiencing hair loss, seeking protective styling, or looking for a premium alternative to traditional salon services. Our clients receive private, one-on-one attention in a supportive and professional environment. We are hiring a licensed cosmetologist who can deliver excellent hair services while confidently guiding clients through their purchase decisions. What You’ll Do In this position, you will combine hairstyling, client care, boutique sales, and daily salon support. Your responsibilities will include: Providing private wig consultations based on each client’s lifestyle, preferences, head measurements, and hair needs Helping clients choose suitable wig textures, lengths, colors, cap sizes, and styles Performing wig fittings, lace cutting, basic customization, styling, shampooing, and braid-down services Teaching clients how to wear, maintain, clean, and style their wigs at home Offering compassionate assistance to clients experiencing alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair loss, thinning hair, or other medical hair-loss concerns Recommending appropriate wigs, services, accessories, and aftercare products Supporting boutique sales goals through thoughtful recommendations, follow-up, and client rebooking Keeping client notes, appointment information, and service details organized in the salon’s scheduling system Maintaining a polished, clean, and fully sanitized boutique environment Preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately Assisting with inventory, product organization, and general boutique operations Operating the boutique independently during assigned shifts when required We’re Looking for Someone Who Holds a current Georgia cosmetology license Has at least two years of professional hairstyling or salon experience Has experience with wigs, wig fittings, braiding, shampooing, and heat styling Communicates clearly and makes clients feel comfortable and respected Is confident discussing pricing, recommending products, and closing sales Has a professional appearance and takes pride in delivering high-quality work Is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision Can balance hairstyling services with customer service and retail responsibilities Is comfortable working with clients who may be experiencing sensitive or emotional hair-loss situations Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Is willing to assist with order fulfillment, inventory, and light operational tasks Experience in luxury retail, beauty sales, medical wigs, hair replacement, or client-focused sales is an advantage. Performance Expectations The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the boutique’s growth by building client relationships, encouraging repeat appointments, recommending appropriate products and services, and working toward a minimum monthly revenue goal of $2,000. Preferred Experience Professional salon or hairstyling experience: 2 years Wig styling, customization, or fitting experience Retail or beauty sales experience Required or Preferred Credentials Georgia Cosmetology License Valid driver’s license This is an in-person position based at our Atlanta boutique.
