WHAT THE JOB IS.. Full-service table coverage in a 128-seat dining room + bar + patio - Full bar, wine program, raw bar — you'll know the menu and use it - Dinner shifts are the core; some lunch available - High-check environment with guests who come in to spend - Tuesday–Sunday (closed Mondays) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.. - 2+ years full-service restaurant experience — preferably fine casual or seafood - Comfortable with wine, spirits, and recommending off a raw bar menu - Strong at upselling naturally — appetizers, bottles, dessert — without being pushy - Reliable, professional, and takes pride in the guest experience - Works well with a team; we run tight shifts WHY BIG B'S FISH JOINT.. - One of the best happy hour values in Atlanta — which drives real traffic and real tips - Established Buckhead clientele: regulars, families, professionals - Smaller team means you matter — not a factory floor - Ownership is hands-on and invested in the business growing in 2026 - Seafood-forward menu that's genuinely good — easier to sell what you believe in COMPENSATION - Hourly + tips — experienced servers in this room earn well - Staff meal included Big B's Fish Joint · 4600 Roswell Rd Suite D140, Buckhead, Atlanta GA 30342 · 470-355-8326 · Tuesday–Sunday 11:30am–9pm Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per day Benefits: Employee discount Food provided Paid training Work Location: In person
