Galla’s Pizza & Tavern is seeking a highly experienced Line Cook with a minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including strong proficiency in fry, sauté, pasta, and salad stations. We are a high-volume neighborhood pizzeria and bar focused on consistency, speed, and quality. This role is critical to maintaining ticket times, food cost control, and kitchen execution standards. Position Summary The Experienced Line Cook is responsible for leading execution on fry, sauté, pasta, and cold stations while maintaining speed, precision, and quality during peak service. This position works directly with the Kitchen Manager and Expo to ensure smooth ticket flow and strong BOH performance.
