Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier/Cook, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences. You’ll be responsible for preparing delicious menu items, managing customer transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Operate POS systems to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Requirements Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and energetic attitude. No previous restaurant experience or customer service experience is required.
