The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations, and previous experience preparing authentic Mexican cuisine, which is a required qualification for this position. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and menu execution, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Qualifications Required: Previous experience as a Line Cook in Mexican restaurants or similar Latin cuisine establishments. Proven experience as a cook in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills within the kitchen team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Important Requirement: Applicants must have previous experience working in Mexican restaurants or similar Latin cuisine establishments.
