Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS (Toast) system Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Assist in food handling, basic food prep, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Requirements Prior barista experience or background in coffee service is preferred; passion for coffee is a plus! Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energy, enthusiasm, and dedication.
