Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving in compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like cash handling and retail math calculations.
