We’re looking for energetic, dependable Barbacks who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and want to grow with an exciting new opening. What You’ll Do Prep and set the Bar before service Clear and reset the bar-top quickly and consistently Bring guests to-go boxes, sauces, water refills, and other needed items Maintain stock levels between the bar, service areas, and storage Help unload, move, and organize deliveries Assist in wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and general cleanliness Handle end-of-shift cleaning, breakdown, and trash/recycling runs Support bartenders to keep service smooth Pay Structure This is a tipped position. Base Hourly Rate: $7.50/hr Average Hourly (including tips): $20–$25/hr Actual earnings vary.
