Job Title: Retail Sales Associate — Aromaverse Atlanta (Little Five Points) Job Type: Part-Time (24-32 hours/week) Pay: $17/hour + 5% daily sales pool Location: 421 Moreland Ave, Atlanta, GA 30307 (Little Five Points) About Aromaverse Atlanta We're a new fragrance experience center opening in Little Five Points, created by a family with over 100 years and four generations in perfumery. The Atlanta store is our flagship: customers walk in and buy ready-made perfumes, blend their own scents at our central table, design custom photo-printed bottles, and book private events. This isn't a typical retail gig — it's a chance to help build something from day one on a small, hands-on team. What you'll do Welcome customers and guide them through the Aromaverse experience — retail sales, guided perfume blending, custom photo bottles, private events Ring up sales, handle POS, and follow our opening and closing procedures Keep the store clean, stocked, and camera-ready every shift Create Instagram and TikTok content — 2 finished pieces per shift is part of the role, not extra credit Help set up and run workshops, weddings, and corporate events Build product knowledge and represent our brand story with real care What we're looking for Warm, attentive, and confident with customers — you make people feel welcome Reliable, on-time, and able to work independently on the floor Comfortable creating short-form video and photo content for social media (this is required, not optional) 1+ year retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred but not required Interest in fragrance, design, or lifestyle brands is a big plus (we'll teach you perfumery) Able to stand and move for a full shift; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Schedule Store hours: Thursday through Sunday, 12pm-8pm (closed Monday through Wednesday) Your shift: 11:00am arrival through approximately 8:30pm close Standard shift is ~9 hours including a paid 30-minute meal break Weekend availability required Pay and perks $17/hour base pay, direct deposit bi-weekly 5% daily sales pool — split among the team by hours worked.
