We are looking for someone with strong sushi preparation skills who can work efficiently in a busy, full-service Japanese restaurant. Pay: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Dinner only Friday & Saturday: Lunch & Dinner Sunday: Dinner only Monday: Off Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working as a sushi chef in a full-service sushi restaurant Strong sushi roll preparation skills Must be able to prepare nigiri and sashimi Good knife skills and knowledge of proper fish handling Able to work efficiently and maintain quality during busy service Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Must be available for the schedule listed above Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: 10 hour shift Application Question(s): When can you start working?
