Pink Caviar Lash & Brow Spa is seeking an experienced Permanent Makeup Artist to join our upscale beauty team in McDonough, Georgia. This is a part-time to full-time position for approximately two to four days per week, with the opportunity to earn up to $600 per day. Pink Caviar provides the clientele, a set schedule, weekly pay, tips, and cash tips paid daily. This is an employment opportunity, not booth rental or an apprenticeship. Professional PMU experience is required to be considered. __________ SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform microblading and microshading procedures with precision and attention to detail Perform lip blushing and permanent eyeliner if experienced Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s desired results Evaluate skin type, facial features, brow symmetry, and color selection Explain procedure expectations, healing, maintenance, and aftercare Maintain accurate client records and procedure documentation Follow all sanitation, infection-control, and bloodborne-pathogen safety standards Keep your station clean, organized, and properly prepared Provide excellent customer service throughout the client experience Recommend appropriate PMU services, touch-ups, and retail products Assist with spa cleaning and other productive duties during downtime __________ REQUIREMENTS: Professional experience performing microblading or microshading A strong portfolio with clear photos of healed and freshly completed work Knowledge of brow mapping, color theory, skin types, and pigment selection Lip-blushing or permanent-eyeliner experience is a plus Must already have or be prepared to apply for the required tattoo license Must provide your own PMU products and supplies Professional, reliable, punctual, organized, and well-groomed Excellent communication and customer-service skills Coachable, trainable, and able to follow Pink Caviar’s procedures Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment __________ WHAT WE PROVIDE: Established clientele Set work schedule Weekly pay Tips and cash tips paid daily Opportunity to earn up to $600 per day A beautiful and professional spa environment __________ HOW TO APPLY: Apply now, if all of the above applies to you.
